3. Continued Phase I support of the ERP Project from eVerge Group, Inc
   Motions:
   

   I recommend that the School Board award additional Phase I Support Services from eVerge Group, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $200,000 and authorize the Board Chair and Superintendent to sign all necessary documents.	-	PASS
   Minutes: As indicated in the October 11, 2006 Board agenda, continuation of Phase I support of the new PeopleSoft ERP Project was originally included in the Phase II award which has since been rescinded. On-going support from eVerge Group Inc. is needed to continue job knowledge transfer and support for continuing improvement in the day to day operations utilizing PeopleSoft functionality. Specific individuals who are needed from the eVerge team will be identified with the assistance of Mike Guay. Each individual that is continued with the District will be given specific tasks to complete and will be held to completing those tasks in a timely fashion. Mrs. Burdick questioned why a contract was not included with this recommendation.
